Resort Administrative Coordinator: Full Time/Seasonal

Position Summary



The Resort Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position supports administration, customer service, sponsorship coordination, and communication while working closely with management and staff to deliver a seamless resort experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:



Season Passes and Ticket Management:



? Manage and update season pass database.

? Prepare and distribute membership cards and photos.

? Process season and corporate passes.

? Sell Lift tickets from the administrative office.

Administrative and Financial Support:



? Answer staff and customers inquires.

? Review and complete daily cash deposits from all registers.

? Track, sort, and process invoices for approval.

? Review all payroll time sheets for accuracy and submit to accountant.

? Oversee locker rentals, deposits, and seasonal locker management.

POS and Web Store Oversight:



? Open and close all registers daily.

? Provide troubleshooting support on pos/debit machines.

? Update pricing on tickets/season passes/promotions/cafe menu.

? Add new product buttons as needed.

? Process and fulfill online purchases.

Coordinate Sponsorship Packages:



? Promote and sell sponsorship packages.

? Coordinate signage orders with printing company.

? Prepare and distribute corporate passes and sponsor perks.

? Maintain sponsor databases.

Communications:



? Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries.

? Address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive brand experience.

? Communicate important feedback, trends, and urgent issues directly to the manager.

? Collaborate with the manager to implement solutions and improve service processes.

? Maintain clear, consistent communication with both customers and internal teams.

? Update trail conditions and resort open/closed status daily on social media and resort website.

School Ski/Snowboard Program:



? Coordinate bookings with schools and complete documentation for all school outings.

? Request and distribute student rental data.

? Coordinate groups and distribute lift tickets.

? Communicate with rental shop to progress students from the locker area.

? Collect data and invoice schools for payment.

Salary based upon education and experience.



Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
