RESIN TECHNICIAN

This position offers a compensation of

$27.76/hr.

, dependent on skills and experience.



This posting is for an existing, currently vacant position within Plasman.


The

Resin Technician

or designate is to coordinate and ensure the supply of resin and that resin equipment is in good working order, as well as assist the Production Supervisor in any way needed at Plasman, Windsor 1 Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Technical working knowledge of resin is required to perform the additional functions as required, which include:

Fill raw material hoppers and mix materials as required Monitor flow and levels of resin throughout the shift Complete raw material lot tracking as it relates to resin Deep cleaning of loaders, hoppers and dryers at mold change or colour change Maintain loaders, dryers, and hoppers Responsible to report any problems and recommendations in a timely fashion

Qualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking For

Must have good communication skills, both written & verbal Must be able to work in a team atmosphere Must have proven leadership abilities Must be able to give direction to the material handling team Ability to perform well in high pressure situations
