Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Condominium Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize common areas, including: Lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators Amenity spaces (e.g., gym, party room, meeting rooms) Entranceways and vestibules Sweep, mop, vacuum floors Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors Replenish supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.) Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to building management Follow all building safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures Basic communication skills in English

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
