Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented residential and commercial cleaners to join our team. As a cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces. Hours of operations

Sundays to Fridays 8:00am 5:00pm

Compensation and Training

Training Duration: 3 weeks Training Rate: CA$15.75 Post-training Rate: CA$17.00

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license may be required for positions that involve travel between locations. Must have a reliable motor vehicle for transportation.
