We have two positions to fill in the Lethbridge area. The position will be roughly 25-35 hrs per week. Some weekend work is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a spotless environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames. Communicate with the team regarding client specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Skills

Previous custodial experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products. Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure thoroughness in all tasks performed. Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, showcasing the ability to handle larger spaces and specialized equipment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player when necessary.
