Inclusion Clare is hiring a

Full-Time Residential Support Worker

to assist adults with diverse abilities in a supportive home environment. This role focuses on empowering individuals through respectful, person-centered support that encourages independence and meaningful engagement in daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support with personal care, hygiene, and life skills Assist with meal prep, household tasks, budgeting, and appointments Promote independence using Active Support principles Encourage and participate in recreational and social activities Administer medications safely and monitor residents' well-being Maintain a clean, respectful, and home-like atmosphere Communicate effectively with team members, families, and professionals Complete required documentation and attend staff meetings Uphold safety protocols and resident confidentiality

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (relevant experience or education is an asset) Experience working with individuals with diverse abilities preferred Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Bilingual in English and French is an asset

Full-time position (rotating shifts) Must be bondable
