What You'll Do:

Lead with Impact:

Build strong, respectful relationships, model SPIKE's philosophy, and create a motivating environment. Your leadership will involve inspiring your team, mediating conflicts, and encouraging innovative solutions.

Manage Staff Effectively:

Oversee performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure thorough training. Handle scheduling and maintain high standards of care and job adherence.

Support Residents:

Act as a liaison with families and agencies, advocate for residents, and manage their healthcare needs, including appointments and medication.

Ensure Compliance:

Stay updated with SPIKE's policies, manage documentation, and oversee household operations. Conduct meetings and prepare essential reports.

Who You Are:

Experienced Leader:

With at least 2 years in a related field and proven supervisory skills, you excel in organization and communication.

Certified Professional:

Hold certifications in CPR and First Aid Level C, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and a valid Manitoba Class 5F driver's license.

Clearances:

Have completed criminal record and abuse registry checks.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of ASL is a plus!
