Summary

As a Management Trainee at Pioneer Youth Services, you will embark on a dynamic career path within our organization. This role is designed to develop your leadership skills while providing you with hands-on experience in managing residential treatment operations. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission to improve the lives of young individuals.

Following successful completion of the 6 month training program you will be offered full time employment with benefits. $23.00 per hour plus $3.00 per hour from the government Wage Enhancement Program.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of daily operations within residential treatment homes. Support the development and implementation of programs tailored to meet the needs of children and youth. Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care and support for residents. Participate in training sessions to enhance leadership and management skills. Monitor program budgets and assist in financial planning activities. Engage with families and community resources to promote positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements

Strong leadership potential with a passion for working with youth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic understanding of budgeting principles is an asset. Previous experience in a related field or volunteer work with youth is preferred.
