About the Role

We're looking for a

Full-Time Red Seal Plumber

to join our

residential service team

. You'll be the trusted professional in our customers' homes -- diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems with care and integrity.

From leaks and fixture replacements to water treatment and backflow testing, you'll handle a wide variety of service calls. You'll take pride in solving problems, communicating clearly, and leaving each homeowner feeling they made the right call choosing Fountain's.

Minimum Qualifications

Red Seal Certified Plumber (required) Valid "G" Driver's License with a clean driving record Clean Criminal Record Backflow Certification (preferred) G2 Gas Certificate (asset)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately Install and service water heaters, softeners, filtration systems, fixtures, and drainage systems Communicate clearly with homeowners about solutions and pricing Perform inspections and preventative maintenance Inspect, repair, and test backflow assemblies Collaborate respectfully with other trades and teammates Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job
