As a Residential Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service. Scheduled patrols and Excellent reporting, since you will be working with people in Residential environment.

Responsibilities for Residential Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks and to maintain order and establish presence Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. Scan check points with G- Track without deviation. Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.

Qualifications for Residential Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Customer service oriented Knowledge of G- Track systems ( Asset) Be able to Night Shifts Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
