The Role

As a

Residential Sales Development Representative

, you'll engage directly with homeowners to introduce the benefits of solar energy. Your key responsibilities include:

Assessing homes for solar potential Generating and qualifying leads Scheduling in-home or virtual consultations Promoting solar in the community Building relationships and maintaining follow-ups Representing Polaron with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who You Are

You're a driven, goal-oriented communicator who's confident, energetic, and passionate about sustainability. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
