Our owners, Jennifer Cleland and Dave Cooper, bring strong backgrounds in project
management, construction, and customer care. Since purchasing the Edmonton franchise in
2021, they've focused on strengthening crews, improving processes, and rebuilding the
business -- with 2024 revenue just over $1M and on track for $1.2M in 2025.
We're growing again and are ready to bring on a driven Residential Sales Associate (RSA) to
help us reach the next level.

What You'll Do
As our Residential Sales Associate, you'll be the face of CertaPro for homeowners -- guiding
them through their painting project from the first meeting to the final walk-through.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
? Start each morning (8-9 a.m.) by checking on active jobs and new starts.
? Conduct 3-5 in-home estimates per day and build professional proposals.
? Be present for job kickoffs on key projects to set expectations with customers and
painters.
? Follow up on estimates, nurture leads, and close deals -- often from your home office.
? Sign off on completed jobs, collect payments, and request reviews and referrals.
? Support painters by answering scope questions and addressing any customer
concerns.
? Occasionally represent CertaPro at home/trade shows and community events.
? Manage your schedule -- typically Monday-Friday, 8-5 or 9-6, with some evening
homeowner appointments; Saturdays optional.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's:

? Able to handle conflict respectfully and calmly, maintaining trust with customers and
crews.
? Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and AI tools (like ChatGPT) to stay efficient.
? Bilingual (EN/ES) is a plus for communicating with crews, but not required.
? Ideally lives within ~35-40 minutes of the Edmonton area.
What We Offer
? Base Salary: CAD $40,000 - $45,000
? Commission: ~4% on produced revenue (first-year earnings potential is strong with
untapped leads already available)
