Residential Renovation Estimator
Full House Renovations is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Residential Renovation Estimator
to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate project costing, clear communication, and seamless coordination between clients, trades, and our internal team.Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential renovation projects
Interpret drawings, specifications, and site information
Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and project proposals
Maintain organized cost databases and project documentation
Collaborate with Project Managers and Designers throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications:
Experience estimating residential renovation projects (kitchens, baths, additions, full-home renos, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and trade pricing
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
