who can help us bring dream homes to life -- on budget and on point.

About Us:

We are an established but growing residential renovation company specializing in high-quality home improvement projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home remodels. We take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, accurate budgeting, and a smooth client experience from concept to completion

What You'll Be Doing:

Visiting sites, reviewing drawings, and scoping out project details.

Putting together accurate, detailed estimates for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home renos.

Working with our team, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to make sure numbers add up and timelines stay realistic.

Negotiating with suppliers and subs to get the best pricing without sacrificing quality.

Spotting potential risks and recommending smart solutions before they become problems.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in residential construction/estimating (bonus if you've done renos specifically).

Solid knowledge of construction materials and methods -- you know what it takes to get the job done.

Great communication skills -- you can explain the "why" behind the numbers.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
