Residential Program Supervisor

The Opportunity

The Residential Program Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of all residents' programs and services for our 24-hour care homes. Each home has adult residents with disabilities. The position ensures that program delivery and safety, and that all operational requirements are carried out in accordance with PHC values, collective agreement, legislation and organizational policies. This position reports to the Program Manager.

Specific Accountabilities include:

Supports and oversees residential units in the eastern zone Monitors programs to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Participates in the planning, organizing, coordinating, and oversight of residential care programs Reviews and monitors unit spending. Manages staff including orientation, performance evaluation, and ongoing constructive feedback Maintains harmonious working relationships with members of the individuals' circle of care to ensure the best interest of our clients are being promoted Promote client independence and involvement in their own care Other duties as required to ensure smooth operations of the homes and clients' needs are met

Qualifications for the position:

- High school diploma and clear code of conduct and vulnerable sector check

- Passion for working with vulnerable populations and individuals with disabilities

- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

- Must have a valid driver's licence and clear drivers abstract
