Residential Program Manager

Full time - Term Position

:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager to lead a team to deliver the best care and assistance that can be provided for adult individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management Excellent problem solving, organizational and decision-making skills required Excellent conflict resolution skills Demonstrate flexibility and creativity Make sure Staff Adhere to EPIC/SMILE's Policies and Procedures Make sure Staff Adhere to Manitoba Residential Care Licensing Manual Maintaining and adhering to Annual Budgets Scheduling Job postings Hiring / Terminating Understand and adhere to Union contract Maintaining employee files Circulate communication Ensure all protocols are followed Organize and conduct staff meeting and team building meetings Complete agency reports Work hand in hand with the Resource Coordinator Clear understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Qualifications:

Must have 2 years Managerial Experience Must possess a Class 5 Driver's License Communication in English, both written and verbal French would be an asset but not necessary Must possess Adult Abuse Registry Check Must possess Criminal Record Check Must be able to maintain good positive working relations with others
Start date: March 2025
