Custom Modular Home builder with 30+ years in the industry specializing in multiple-section luxury homes projects across Alberta.

The Production Manager is hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of the construction of our modular homes at our Facility in Nisku. You'll be the main person responsible for overseeing production of the homes in the facility including schedule, quality and safety.

Working with the Construction and/or Project Manager(s) the Production Manager is responsible for the construction of the homes at our Nisku Facility. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Supervising construction at our Nisku facility. Assist Construction/Project Managers in development of sequencing and schedule for the facility and each project. Responsible for overall coordination and flow of projects at the facility to maximize output. Scheduling subtrades & WMH staff to facilitate efficient construction schedule(s). Schedule coordination (making sure trades are showing up when they are scheduled etc...) and ensuring all materials have been ordered and deliveries are scheduled to maintain project schedule. Monitor and control inventory of WMH supplied materials (lumber, electrical, shingles, etc.), including coordination of deliveries and storage of materials in shops and yard. Arrange pick and drop off of materials (custom coatings, etc.) Coordinate repair or replacement of WMH supplied items (windows, doors, M&E fixtures, etc.) if necessary, prior to home shipping. Meeting/coordinating with homeowners for frame tours, plan checks and change orders. Updating and reviewing plans with subtrades and staff to ensure construction follows the current design. Including review and coordination of any change orders. Quality Assurance checks including review of CSA paperwork at each stage of completion. Ensuring overall safety, quality, and timelines are adhered to Physically willing and able to assist staff and subtrades if needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous residential or commercail supervision experience considered an asset Experience in modular construction a definite asset. Experience in residential builds (1-2 storeys) Trade supervisory or mangement experience Someone who's organized, proactive, and communicates well Familiarity with wood frame construction
