We are looking for a Plumbing Site Lead/Working Foreman. The role is within a fast-paced residential plumbing division that completes new home installations in
both production & custom homes.
We expect that you already possess a positive mind set, strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, but you also have a positive, safe and professional attitude.
Job description:
Site lead/working foreman role on Multi-Family Townhome project(s). Must have "hands on"
experienced with all stages of construction.
Duties include:
Install and/or instruct apprentices to complete trunk lines, groundworks, rough in and finishing stages Monitor installation processes and provide training as needed Ensure field employees are adhering to health and safety regulations at ALL times Resolve on-site issues or conflicts between field employees, other trades, contractors and homeowners Supervise sub-contractors to make sure they are following our installation procedures & guidelines Create material lists and manage onsite material storage crib Report any relevant on-site issues to management as needed
+ Working "hands on"; will be required to install/repair/service plumbing systems day to day
