About the Role
We're hiring an experienced
Residential Painter
to join our growing team. We work on high-quality interior projects, feature walls, and premium finishes. Ideal for someone who takes pride in clean work, reliable communication, and consistent results.
Responsibilities
Surface prep: sanding, patching, caulking, cleaning, masking
Apply paint using brush/roller (spray experience is a bonus)
Light drywall repairs and touchups
Keep job sites clean and organized
Communicate professionally with clients and team
Deliver a high-quality finish without shortcuts
Requirements
5+ years residential painting experience (required)
Strong cutting/rolling ability and solid prep skills
Reliable transportation & punctuality
Ability to work independently
Experience with limewash, Roman Clay, or decorative finishes is a plus
Must take pride in craftsmanship and jobsite professionalism
If you prefer fast, sloppy work, this isn't the right fit.
