You will




Be responsible for a portfolio of properties, including: + Beauview Place (703-14 Ave SW, Calgary, 32 units) + Assisting with Aspen (1150 Memorial Drive, Calgary, 93 units)
+ Assisting with Waterfront (118 Waterfront Court, Calgary. 28 units)
Deliver an exemplary level of customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident inquiries, visitors and contractors Complete scheduled inspections of the buildings' exterior, units and amenities (if applicable) to ensure all are maintained to a high standard Respond to and coordinate all tenant repairs and address tenant concerns Complete minor buildings repairs, such as painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and assist with minor janitorial duties Program security fobs and ensure the properties are safe and secure at all times Ensure preventative maintenance is completed in conjunction with the Property Manager and supervise contractors/trades who are on site Conduct property tours to prospective residents Complete move in and move out inspections Oversee elevator bookings and ensure security is maintained during moves Supervise the use of amenity areas Ensure building rules and regulations are followed Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the RTA, Fire Codes, WCB, OH&S Be on call for property emergencies Attend staff meetings Provide ongoing reports and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Property Manager Build meaningful relationships with residents by creating a strong sense of community and pride in their homes Bring creativity and care to every interaction--with residents, trades, and your team.


You have




A minimum of 3 years residential rental experience A strong understanding of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act and its application Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills A willingness to learn and the ability to work without direction - a self-starter Proven skills in the use of hand and power tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with Yardi (an asset) A valid drivers license and vehicle
