WHAT WE OFFER OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC SALES REP This is a commission-based position with the ability to earn over $100,000/year based on on-target earnings. You also enjoy fantastic benefits and perks, including medical, holiday pay, vacation pay, and profit-sharing for excellent performance. WHAT AN AVERAGE DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SALES REP LOOKS LIKE In this entry-level position, you have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and learn the ins and outs of the sales process while making a positive impact on our company. You meet with clients to discuss their needs and then help them determine which of our services or products is the right fit for them. When techs perform site checks, you also attend to get a better look at what the client needs. Then, you write up a proposal and do what you can to seal the deal. This job has a flexible schedule that varies depending on client needs. Some on-call Saturday shifts are required. You love the feeling you get from every successful sale you make, and you take pride in meeting and exceeding your goals!
QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Interpersonal skills and a knack for making sales
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation

It\'s not required, but HVAC-related sales experience would be a bonus. You also need to be willing to travel to job locations throughout Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
