Job Description

We are hiring residential cleaners. We are looking for an experienced cleaner to do household cleans during the week as well as short term rentals. Hours are flexible and so we can work around school schedules.

Must have vehicle to get from site to site

. The household clean hours would be fixed, usually 3-6 hours two to three days a week. Short term rentals are more on a casual basis, we would primarily be looking to fill Sunday position 10AM - 3PM.

We are looking for someone to do household cleans (mid-week only) and short term rentals (mid-week and weekends, this is more on a casual basis based on your availability). If you show us you are keen to learn and grow, we will do our best to help you along the way. We strive to create an uplifting and positive environment.

Unparalleled is a property management company that manages short term rentals (Airbnbs). Within the scope of our company we have a cleaning company that cleans short term rentals and household cleans. Our schedule can be very flexible, especially for household cleans and we can try to work around you. If you have small kids that you need to get to school and pick up, we can make that work.

Hours - 2 to 3 days mid-week (we are flexible on what days) and Sundays. There may be weekday work available, we are flexible on days and hours. Typically between 10AM and 3PM but for household cleans we can be flexible on times.

Rate of Pay - Starting at $19.50/hr

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential settings
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Launder and change bed linens and towels
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with clients and supervisor to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided or any issues found on job.

- Work with Connecteam app for communication, scheduling, and task checklists

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
