Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and comfortable for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and other household items as needed. Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence. Capability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is advantageous.
