Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining clean and welcoming environments. As well as being reliable and dependable as our clients deserve some one who will show up and be on-time. This role involves cleaning residential spaces, ensuring that each area is spotless, and providing exceptional customer service. A friendly demeanor and effective communication skills are essential for building positive relationships with clients. As well as being comfortable around pets as most of our clients have pets.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Communicate effectively with owner/clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills to ensure timely completion of all duties. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results every time following our provided checklist. Reliable and trustworthy as you are working in clients' homes. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
