Job Overview
We are hiring motivated and personable
Residential Heat Pump Sales Representatives
to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, provide in-home consultations, and offer customized heat pump solutions that maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and available rebates.
What You'll Do
Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to generate leads for heat pump installations and cleanings.
Conduct in-home consultations, understand customer needs, and provide tailored proposals.
Educate homeowners on energy savings, heat pump benefits, and government rebate programs.
Follow up with clients, answer questions, and close sales confidently and professionally.
Track all interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
Experience in HVAC, home improvement, or residential sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
History of surpassing sales targets.
Schedule
Flexible hours
Evenings or weekends may be required depending on homeowner availability
Field-based (residential community travel required)
