Platinum Security Guards is currently hiring licensed, dependable, and professional Front Desk Security Guards who can comfortably commute between Burlington, Hamilton, and Oakville. This position is ideal for candidates seeking consistent work opportunities at residential condominium properties and who are willing to begin on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time, permanent placement based on performance.

The successful candidate must be available 24/7 and open to working a variety of assignments, including contractor escorting, fire-watch, weekend coverage, weekday shifts, and rotating morning, evening, and night schedules. Reliability, professionalism, and adaptability are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and professional concierge and security service to residential condominium residents, guests, and contractors. Monitor entrances, access control systems, and CCTV surveillance. Maintain accurate visitor logs, daily activity reports, and incident reports. Conduct safety checks and maintain awareness of building conditions. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in a calm and professional manner. Communicate effectively with supervisors, site management, and emergency services when necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Platinum's standards of conduct and integrity.

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required). Reliable transportation and ability to commute comfortably between Hamilton, Oakville, and Burlington. Availability for 24/7 flexible scheduling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, with solid report writing and documentation abilities. Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic computer skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow procedures precisely. Experience in residential or condominium security is an asset.
