Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using various materials and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, carpentry, and concrete forming, with the ability to work efficiently on diverse projects including restoration, siding, and framing. The Framer will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of building projects while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project requirements. Construct and install framing components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed. Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks to support foundation and structural work. Use woodworking skills to create precise cuts and assemblies for framing projects. Occasionally assist with siding installation, restoration projects, and other exterior or interior construction tasks. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling of tools and materials.

Experience

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on framing or concrete forming. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is essential. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation preferred. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and woodworking is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during construction activities. Prior experience in restoration or siding installation is a plus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
