Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Residential Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of day to day responsibilities, data tracking and daily living skills. This position requires a blend of behavioral knowledge, leadership abilities and experience with youth with autism.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities. Direct support for youth. Accurate data tracking. Participate and plan social activities. Collaborate with team members and management. Daily cleaning and weekly food prep. Managing supplies. Medication administration and logging.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have a working vehicle with

Class 5 license.

University or college level education. Strong communication skills. Ability to provide individualized care. Flexibility to work various shifts. Physical ability to assist with daily living tasks, such as lifting and running. Ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Experience with ABA or willingness to taking training.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
