Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience in Residential settings. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform installations and repairs effectively. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Work on low voltage systems as required, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction and renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an residential setting. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to electrical work. Experience with low voltage systems is a plus. Knowledge of construction practices related to electrical installations is beneficial. Maintenance Person experience is advantageous for troubleshooting diverse issues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
