Your Role & Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you'll be the driving force behind our luxury residential projects:
Lead multiple projects through all phases, from design to construction, ensuring client satisfaction and project excellence.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and the design team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Mentor junior and intermediate team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.
Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with municipal codes and client expectations.
Who We're Looking For
You're not just experienced--you're passionate, growth-oriented, and ready to lead with purpose. Here's what we're looking for:
Experienced Professional:
Minimum 7+ years in residential design with a strong track record in project management.
Technical Expertise:
5+ years of Revit or CAD experience, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in construction drawings.
Municipal Knowledge:
Familiarity with Calgary's Land Use Bylaw, Development Permit, and Building Permit processes. Experience with other Canadian municipalities is a bonus.
Organized & Efficient:
A pro at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative Leader:
Strong communication skills, comfortable acting as the primary contact for clients and the team.
Customer-Centric:
Deeply committed to understanding and exceeding client expectations.
Mentor at Heart:
Passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering growth in others.
