We're looking for a hands-on

Residential Construction Site Supervisor



to lead the day-to-day execution of additions and high-end renovations across Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on site, takes pride in doing things right, and leads trades with clarity and respect while maintaining a calm, reassuring environment for homeowners.

The Role





As a Site Supervisor, you'll be the daily on-site leader for Ever After Homes renovation and addition projects. You'll coordinate trades, ensure quality and safety, and serve as a steady, professional presence for clients and team members alike. You'll work closely with our Project Managers to keep projects organized, efficient, and aligned with Ever After standards.



This is a hands-on role that blends supervision, coordination, and light carpentry or finishing work as needed.



Responsibilities




Oversee daily on-site activities for residential additions and renovations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and the Ontario Building Code Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites, especially in occupied homes Perform hands-on work when required, including small carpentry tasks and punch-list items Track progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager Identify issues early and propose practical, field-driven solutions Uphold Ever After Homes' standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client experience Act as a respectful, reassuring point of contact for homeowners throughout construction

Qualifications




5+ years of residential construction experience, with a strong focus on renovations and additions Proven experience supervising trades and managing active jobsites Strong understanding of construction sequencing, structural work, and renovation challenges Comfortable working in occupied homes with care, cleanliness, and professionalism Hands-on skillset with the ability to step in where needed Solid knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and local inspection processes Clear communicator with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation & Benefits
