WHO WE ARE

We are Pemadale Ltd. a residential construction company. Our motto is "We don't build homes, we build opportunities" and we are undertaking a major marketing expansion. With the anticipated growth in leads for our services generated by the marketing campaigns , we are currently in search of an experienced Sales Representative to sell into our residential renovations market. This is a full-time permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate is career minded with an extreme desire to succeed and integrates various technologies into their day-to-day activities to be highly organized and focused.

They should be self-driven, working as part of a team from concept to completion to deliver a building project to our customer that is unparalleled in quality and backed by years of experience and knowledge.

Responsible for maintaining an acceptable balance between profitability and total customer satisfaction with the project estimates and with project delivery.

Responsible as the primary educator to our customers regarding our services, practices, processes and deliverables.

Prospecting from cold to generate new leads and prospective clients.

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and soliciting inclusion into new residential project bids.

Generate new business opportunities.

Maintaining relationships with contractors and developers once construction is underway, and serving as an on-site liaison about progress.

Networking with essential sub-trades and building long term relationships.

Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports.

Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information

Responsible for proposals and presentations to the decision makers for the potential residential projects.

Responsible for follow up on all outstanding estimates with clients.

Adhere to sales goals and targets directed by management.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

3-5+ years experience selling construction products or services is essential for the position.

Must have intermediate or better computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs including the ability to learn/use a CRM program.

Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project.

Professional communication skills including both written and verbal form.

Excellent time management skills, ability to focus on high payoff sales activities.

Aptitude for understanding the construction process from beginning to end.

Demonstrated good organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints, construction related drawings and quotations is essential for the position. Possess the ability to leverage on relationships from an onsite cold call and nurture these to build extensive networks of solid prospect/customers.

Compensation (Negotiable)

Base salary for 1st month - $25 per hour.

After 1st month, sales commission - straight 5% of profit per signed contract.

Commission paid quarterly (monthly draw on commission available after 3 months).

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
