Residential/Commercial Carpenter

Technical knowledge in both residential and commercial carpentry practices

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Perform carpentry tasks including
framing, drywall installation, doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finishing work
for both
residential and commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute accurate measurements and cuts
Install and repair structures, fixtures, and materials with precision
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to meet project timelines
Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized worksite
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment efficiently
Qualifications:
5+ years of carpentry experience
, with demonstrated skills in
both residential and/or commercial construction
(framing, finishing, structural work, and renovations)
Proficient in blueprint reading, measuring, cutting, and material assembly
Familiarity with a wide range of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
Required:
Valid driver's license, trade certification, and safety training (e.g., Working at Heights)
