Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties. This is primarily for residential properties as well as some commercial ones. This position is casual/part time to start (6-12 hours a week) but could become more quickly as we are growing fast. Currently needed for 1-2 day a week plus any vacation or sick time. Weekends are a possibility but on a case by case basis. Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Duties include but not limited to - vacuuming, windows/mirrors, mopping, surface cleaning, baseboards & door casings, dusting, bed making, take out trash, bathroom & kitchen cleaning and some laundry.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is/has punctual, thorough but fast, has leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, eager to learn, good sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work. Having a love for animals (dogs, cats and sometimes chickens lol) is a definite plus!
Must be bondable and able to provide a clear criminal record check. Driver's license with reliable vehicle after 3 months is a plus.
