POSITION DETAILS

Job Type:

Part-time (20-35 hours per week), Full Time hours available where scheduling aligns

Schedule:

Weekdays only - no weekends or stat holidays

Compensation:

Training wage $21 depending on your experience, leading up to Living wage, with benefits after training and probation period

Location:

Fernie, BC (no travel outside the local area)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform residential cleaning services with a high attention to detail Work independently and as part of a team, depending on the assignment Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and co-workers Follow health and safety guidelines at all times Complete tasks that involve bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to quality work Able to pass a background check Has a valid BC Driver's Licence (reliable, insured vehicle preferred) Owns a cellphone for scheduling and communication Enjoys cleaning and takes pride in making homes sparkle Brings a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
