Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in housekeeping management, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing cleaning operations, and providing exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of residential areas. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Train and mentor staff in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices. Develop schedules for cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency. Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive living environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of janitorial practices, commercial cleaning techniques, and housekeeping management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents and staff. A background in hotel or residential facility management is a plus. Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
