Lead Hand / Trainer

to join our team! This key role will help train and guide new employees, ensuring every client receives the top-quality service we're known for.

Responsibilities:

Train and mentor new cleaning staff in detailed residential cleaning techniques. Demonstrate best practices for efficiency, safety, and quality. Oversee cleaning standards and ensure team performance meets company expectations. Provide clear communication and feedback to staff. Assist with scheduling, on-site coordination, and quality checks. Maintain knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional home cleaning experience.

Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license.

References:

Professional references required.

Residency:

Must be a

permanent resident of Canada.
