Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, along with proficiency in English and French. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential to deliver a satisfying experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety Organize cleaning schedules to optimize time management and service delivery Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold company standards

Skills

Fluency in English Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently within designated timeframes Knowledge of laundry procedures and household cleaning techniques Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to adapt to different client preferences and work independently or as part of a team
