About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and dependable Residential Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of two cleaners, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction across multiple homes each day. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, loves organizing and motivating a team, and enjoys creating sparkling clean spaces that clients love coming home to.

As the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll act as the main point of contact between management and the cleaning staff--ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient travel between homes, and quality control on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside a team of two cleaners on residential cleaning jobs. Drive to and from clients' homes using your own vehicle (mileage paid). Ensure each home is cleaned to company standards -- from kitchens and bathrooms to dusting, floors, and finishing touches. Conduct quality checks and ensure consistency across all cleanings. Communicate daily with management regarding schedules, supplies, and client feedback. Train and support new team members as needed. Maintain and transport cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure all jobs are completed on schedule.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to lift, bend, and move cleaning equipment as needed. Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
