Come join our amazing Victoria team! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning various residential homes throughout Greater Victoria, the Westshore and Sidney. This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as a reliable vehicle.

We will provide start up caddies and any required equipment.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Cleaning homes, Air BnBs, move in/out cleaning and occasionally post-construction cleaning.

- Some residential and professional janitorial cleaning.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. We provide training.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.

- Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs, as well as communicate with management.

- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is required as locations are throughout the city.
