Summary

We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team in Victoria. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining beautiful, clean homes and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. Your efforts will help uphold our company's reputation for excellence in home care.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance. Follow health and safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment. Assist with laundry and organization tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to improve cleaning processes and standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to handle physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
