We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and comfortable for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for providing high-quality cleaning services.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping and mopping on various floors Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms by ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Handle janitorial tasks in commercial settings when required, demonstrating flexibility in job assignments. Support housekeeping management by adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules.

Experience

Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with custodial or janitorial practices is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments can be beneficial. A strong customer service background will enhance the effectiveness of the role.
