Duties

Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of all tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the home. Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure efficiency and quality of service.

Skills

Proficiency in residential cleaning techniques and best practices. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to complete cleaning duties within designated time frames. You have your own cleaning equipment that can be used for jobs You have a vehicle that can be reliably used to get to cleaning jobs A customer service-oriented mindset to foster positive relationships with clients. Attention to detail in all cleaning tasks to ensure thoroughness and quality results. A background in hospitality can be beneficial for understanding client expectations.
