We're looking for a

Residential Cleaner - Team Manager

who leads by example, cares deeply about quality, and genuinely enjoys supporting people. This role blends hands-on residential cleaning with team leadership and day-to-day coordination. You'll help ensure every home is cleaned with excellence, every client feels cared for, and every team member feels supported.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for residential properties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead, motivate, and train team members in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Conduct quality inspections of completed work, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement Manage scheduling, assignments, and resource allocation to optimize team productivity Ensure all cleaning tasks include proper sanitation, floor care, laundry, and general housekeeping duties Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly Uphold company culture of safety, accountability, trust and continuous growth

Qualifications



Proven experience in residential cleaning, with familiarity in housekeeping management preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools and processes, including safe cleaning practices, organizing, sanitation practices, and laundry services Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team of cleaners or custodial staff Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client interactions professionally Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Basic understanding of commercial cleaning standards is a plus Valid driver's license, insured, reliable vehicle is required for travel between client sites

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
