Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate. Fluency in English is required. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Prepare homes for client visits by organizing spaces and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or housekeeping is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and kneeling Basic cooking skills are a plus for preparing light meals or snacks during visits Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for traveling between locations Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
