What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage laundry duties, ensuring clothes are washed, dried, folded, and organized efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Implement sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all residents. Utilize janitorial experience to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in every home. Assist with cooking tasks when required, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to uphold housekeeping management standards across all assignments.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in the industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances customer interactions.
