We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team as we expand into the Nanaimo area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes. Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to client feedback and requests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is required. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check. Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Excellent organizational skills to maintain order and cleanliness throughout the home. Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor. Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and understand their needs. A background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous. Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
