Join our dynamic team at Trish Cleans, where we pride ourselves on creating spotless homes and lasting client satisfaction. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to be part of our professional cleaning team.

As a Residential Cleaner, you will work in teams of 2 to deliver high-quality cleaning services in our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
Follow specific cleaning protocols and checklists.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's reputation.
Work efficiently in a team of two.

Requirements:

Legal eligibility to work.
One team member must have Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
Physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and reliability.
Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Benefits:

Commission pay (Drivers receive $25/hr & other team members receive $20/hr)
Working hours (30-40 hours per week) + opportunity for more hours if needed.
Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Pay & Responsibilities:

Sub Contractor position.
Drivers: Team drivers receive $25/hr. Responsible for supplies & laundering rags.
Partners: Other team members receive $20/hr.
