Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Residential Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, \xe2\x80\x9dpep in their step\xe2\x80\x9d, and be a natural care giver that goes above and beyond for our clients. It is important the candidate is able to work well alone or in a team, while maintaining the same (or better) level of detail our clients deserve! The ideal candidate must have a reliable form of transportation, availability between 9-5, Mon-Friday, and complete a WHMIS testing/criminal record check upon request. Duties: - Perform residential cleaning tasks including wiping items, furniture, accessories, windows and so forth.. Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. -Detailed cleaning each and every time because we don\xe2\x80\x99t do \xe2\x80\x9cbasic\xe2\x80\x9d cleans :)
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Launder and change bed linens
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs
- Adhere to time management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently Skills: - Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients - Ability to learn new things to be better and better each day!
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to clean effectively and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
