Charlotte Cleaning is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. We specialize in vacation rental cleanings across Prince Edward County, ensuring every property is spotless, guest-ready, and professionally presented. Responsibilities

Perform detailed turnover cleaning of vacation rentals, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Reset and stage homes to meet guest-ready presentation standards Launder and restock linens, towels, and other essentials Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or property damage through our reporting system Work independently and efficiently within tight time windows, often between guest check-out and check-in Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products according to established guidelines

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience (especially in hospitality or vacation rentals) is a bonus but not a must - training is provided. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Clear communication skills and reliability are essential Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs), bend, and be on your feet for extended periods (indoor shoe allowance is provided after probationary period).
